Pros

Nexon's focus on online gaming makes for an exciting work environment. There are opportunities to grow and learn, and the company is willing to invest in the technology to support their online operations. There are some very fun people working here, and the break room includes free drinks, snacks and videogames.

Cons

Management is not very experienced. After receiving a promotion I requested a salary review, which somehow upset senior management. Given that the comp level was well below industry standards, it was a reasonable request. Executive management may have improved since this was several years ago. Expect very long hours as well, which is common in this industry.
