Pros

NOTE: My review is mostly about my localization team experience. - Katy was one of the best bosses that I have ever had. I learned a lot from her. I could always count on her to hear us out and treat us fairly. - Nice coworkers - Thorough training - Collaborative environment - Flexible lunch time

Cons

- Frequent overtime for some team members (but it was steadily improving as I was leaving Nexon.) - Work-life balance was a challenge for my position (but that's not the case for everyone) - Slightly lower pay than the industry average in LA area as mentioned by employees from other Nexon teams

A sinking ship with no where to go...

Pros

- Wants to be ahead of the trends. - Catered employee of the month food. - Few good workers. - Free sugary drinks and donuts.

Cons

- Misguided upper management. - Upper management gives false promises to workers down the ladder. - Departments left to fail under the misguided direction of an ego tripping team manager. - Employees were set up to fail rather than taught to improve and grow. - Company gives no room for second chances, rather desperately relies on the poor judgement of bad managers to dictate the future of employees. - Upper management brings in friends from other companies but fails to address the flaws reported by the staff who works under said friends. - Concerns from staff down the ladder fall on deaf ears. - Staff holds employees down the ladder responsible for department failures instead of upper management. - Upper management goes rambo on the forums without conferring to team members first.
