High expectations, disappointing reality

-Great co-workers, plenty of friendships can be formed -Decent benefits -Casual dress -Fun atmosphere (at times) -CEO is young, driven, and will eventually be successful

Cons

-No room for growth & plenty of empty promises (aka "carrot dangler") -Downward company trajectory -Poor business decisions and lack of accountability -Lack of essential man power/resources in team structures -Horrendous customer and billing support -Controlling developers get final say & end up publishing the games -Cultural bias clearly evident to the entire company -Pathetic team building and team bonding events -It all comes down to the bottom line. Cost cutting and revenue numbers are ALL that matters, period.

*Close to the beach *Because so many people quit and are laid off, plenty of opportunity to learn *A basketball court at the office *Fun activities

*Games are failing, with office planning to close at the end of the year, friends at Seoul setting up teams to take over for staffs in LA *Very inexperienced top leadership *Inexperienced leadership selected because company plans to close the LA offices, except for small opps team *Staffs not treated well, those of us sponsored by Nexon are treated like servant and have to work extra hour *Best talent has abandoned the company for better jobs
