Pros

Advancement available. Great coworkers. They'll pay for you to take exams and move up. Free lunches for birthdays and special occasions. Lax dress code. Steady schedule.

Cons

The building is constantly breaking down. Communication between departments is lacking. Workload is not fairly distributed between employees.

The co-workers were great. Parking was easy.

Cons

Management over Operations were horrible. Direct manager was not approachable and VPs over the department were dis-interested in employee concerns. It really is a good ole boy culture there. Most of the managers know each other from previous jobs. They all have each other's backs. The HR person is just happy to have her title. She does not rock the boat when it comes to manager abuse.
