...Then the Board and leadership became like the pigs in an Orwellian Animal Farm novel. They still like to talk about their so-called "culture" I was affiliated here well over 10 years. I guarantee that after 10 + years of dedicated service, clean compliance history, being an original rep-owned stockholder, that Barry Knight and not one single member of the Board and Leadership ever knew my name and could not pick me out of a crowd. I wasn't in "the club". Back-office was good to work with but always short-staffed and underpaid.

Small company, great co-workers, nice Christmas parties, friendly staff

Cons

Expected to work overtime with no pay, upper management awards itself with bonuses, title changes and raises while those that do the actual work are never acknowledged. Company culture? Never heard of it.
