Chic fil a got catered once? Pizza too every now and then?

Cons

Low pay. You can't even afford to live on your own working here. This place is full of cliques it feels like high school. If you don't bow down to your supervisor and kiss that persons butt, it will jeopardize your job.

The co-workers were great. Parking was easy.

Cons

Management over Operations were horrible. Direct manager was not approachable and VPs over the department were dis-interested in employee concerns. It really is a good ole boy culture there. Most of the managers know each other from previous jobs. They all have each other's backs. The HR person is just happy to have her title. She does not rock the boat when it comes to manager abuse.
