      The greatest aspect of working for NEXT was the culture and the people. NEXT employees are like family.

      Cons

      Some departments have understaffing issues. Pay increases percentages are on the lower side.

      Back office personnel were committed for the most part. Their were a few who were not properly vetted They were proactive with technology introductions.

      Next origins were idealistic from inception. There have been significant changes in upper management.
