The residents were often great

Cons

Apartment leasing staff is often abusive, and the leadership for NFC is cruel and uncaring. This business is going down, I see it being out of business in the next 5 years.

Should've sue they fired /demoted me while on Paternity Leave

None! Besides the residents being pleasant for the most part

Cons

They fired/ demoted me upon returning from my paternity leave, as a salary paid director you cannot leave your post until someone shows up. I worked shifts with my son present, and upper management didn't have a care in the world.

Pros

All the people you meet Can advance easily but once you get into the position you see exactly why the turnover rate is so high in this position. My boss was really the only reason why I stayed as long as I did. She was a good mentor.

Cons

Pay was a joke for 24/7 on calls and having to use your own vehicle to drive to and from properties Unrealistic expectations Contract was always before employees Work life balance was non-existent
