This company has multiple locations meaning you can easily transfer to a new site if needed Most coworkers are decent and enjoyable to work with Great for introverts because there is usually only 1-2 people per shift.

Cons

They have discontinued shift differentials for overnight workers Never enough floaters to pick up shifts so good luck taking PTO The company does not offer raises unless it is required to meet minimum wage laws
