Don’t get trapped into “Promotion”

Most of the people are enjoyable and loads of hours available.

Cons

There are loads or hours available! Just don’t get scammed into the director position because you will have to work 6-7 day weeks w/o pay. Because the director position is salary based you won’t get paid accordingly during holidays and you will have to work doubles too. Never knew you could get promoted into never having any time off/ not getting paid fairly.
