      Pros

      Small environment where you can sit around and do nothing while getting paid. Especially in the HR and IT areas. The most overworked areas are the Finance and Accounting folks who get a bad reputation.

      Cons

      Absolute worse social politics I am ever experienced in my professional career. The owners are the biggest penny pinchers ever, except when it comes to them and their select few friends. Benefits are way below par. High turnover due to lack of leadership. What leadership??

      Pros

      Ability to apply to other positions within organization. Reasonably clean environment. Decent sized cubicles. Certain upper managers have provocative vision for the future of organization.

      Cons

      Old/outdated technology. Poor or no orientation and training programs. Employee review process not taken seriously by all managers.
