      Pros

      Very good team work. People are friendly and good. Managmentis helpful and understanding. The managment sa well senior leaders listen and implement suggestions. Business is good and there is work so the job is stable.

      Cons

      nothing to mention. Porbably a little more office space could help.

      Over the past 5-6 years NFI has become a company that values individual contribution and entrepreneurship.

      Cons

      Because of the significant growth, the workload can be heavy at times but certainly not unbearable.

      Pros

      In some cases you are able to operate with very little supervision. You are able to have time off when you need it under normal conditions.

      Cons

      Restructuring, very dependent on fuel prices that control the market, family owned issues among family members makes it hard to operate sometimes and make best business decisions. Pay attention to the clients needs and where they are located compare where you open a warehouse or trucking terminal. Duplicating reports and work seems to be the norm for the working environment. Encourage fun activities to the offsite locations instead of the 2 corporate offices always receiving the extras.
