Pros

Resume builder - nothing more, nothing less. And I'm one of the lucky ones who has been to Super Bowl the last few years.

Cons

Management in the LA office is terrible. A new Chief Digital Officer came in and hired several under-qualified external VPs... fast forward a year and we've been through three rounds of layoffs, one of those VPs quit and we have been re-org'd 4 times. All in 12 months! There were several great workers who could have brought stability to the office. A few of those folks remain. It's only a matter of time until more major changes come.

Pros

Great opportunities to learn about a career in sports and a plus is you sometimes get great perks.

Cons

Transition to full-time staff is difficult. There is not a high probability that it can happen.
