Cons

Extremely high performance expectations by league, clubs and partners . No room for error. Significant travel and weekend work.

You get to work at the Network. Meet cool people and be a part of the culture.

Cons

It's like a fraternity. Guys screaming all day long, taking things too seriously. Hard to move up in the company. Pay isn't great.
