Pros

Good people and environment. Great location in NYC and convenient to get to. Completely different experience depending on which department you are in.

Cons

Low salaries across the board and a lack of work / life balance are the toughest obstacles for me.

Pros

Great work environment and talent to learn from. Great benefits. Most coworkers are likeminded, smart and personable.

Cons

Hard to move up as not many people leave their jobs. Makes it tough to increase responsibility and pay.
