Pros

- Being a part of world class events - Smart/driven coworkers - Brand prestige - Great for a resume

Cons

- Aversion to innovative ideas - Little transparency in promotion process - Abundance of alpha personalities - An over-reliance on temp workers (who typically don't have a path to being hired full-time) - Red tape and territorial senior management makes it difficult to get things done

Plummeting moral

Pros

Brand recognition. Many of the reviews call this out and it will indeed open up a lot of doors for you. They have a rotational program that allows employees to work at the Super Bowl and take a guest. Depending on the role you could be hanging out with players or packing boxes in a loading dock; either way pretty neat experience.

Cons

The number one topic on every employee servey is how bad the moral has gotten. Leadership has lost employee confidence and support. The status quo is to stay quite, stay under the radar.

Pros

Get to work in the sports industry in a fast-paced, enjoyable environment. Seeing former athletes regularly is an added plus.

Cons

Sometimes a great amount of work is expected in short amount of time but you are supported from others. Can be stressful environment at times but that comes with the territory.
