Pros

Employees are passionate about what they are doing. Diverse company. There is a small enough staff to get recognized for your work.

Cons

So many things to list: not enough attention to detail, follow-up never happens, and too much confusion. This has gotten worse as time has gone on.

Not the worst place to work, but could be better

Pros

The staff are generally pretty cool and fun to work with. The brand helps on your resume

Cons

Pay seems to be the common complaint, tech does all the work but gets little praise, internal promotion is minimal unless you're already in with upper management, then the sky is the limit! Seriously though, if you're on the product team then you have a chance to maybe move up in the company, but if you're not then your best hope is for your manager to leave and then you can apply and get denied for their spot because an old buddy of a VP/Director will be hired instead.
