Pros

Editing content that the public will never see. Free ice cream twice a year.

Cons

Zero room for growth and very little pay. VP's and managers are disconnected and have little knowledge of the day to day work flow. Working 6 to 7 days a week during the season with little money to show for it. Head Count

Pros

Will sound cool to your family and friends that you work there

Cons

Completely unethical place to be, they force employees to either lie or not tell the entire truth. You lose one's dignity by being there. Complete window dressing, looks great from the outside but has the worst culture of any place I've been. Finally had to leave because I did not feel good about working there anymore after the year they just had.
