Pros

Great brand, great if you are a football fan, telling your family and friends that you work there

Cons

No teamwork, culture is horrendous, little career advancement, digital group likes to act like they are separate from rest of company, senior mgmt does not care to change things because the league makes so much money.

Don't work here if you want to still enjoy football

Pros

The Brand. People are impressed when they hear where you work.

Cons

Over worked, underpaid, can't even get tickets to games and the Super Bowl you get the "Right to Buy" after 3 years only (at face value, not even discounted!). Long hours, can't take vacation unless you work remotely, won't even feel like you are working for the NFL. Definitely don't work here if you have a family to go home to. They will never see you and always be waiting for you for dinner. For a company that makes $9B a year, they surely can pay a fair wage to their employees!
