Pros

1) High profile brand that reaches hundreds of millions of fans 2) Strong pension plan 3) Talented people (although they're leaving)

Cons

Weak members of senior management that: 1) Do not understand technology or at least have an appreciation for it 2) Have egos that won't allow them to realize blindpsots and listen to their teams (like most good managers would) 3) Are blinded by ambition to impress the GM, causing them to make promises without planning and sometimes even, without fully understanding the issues they're trying to solve 4) Put enormous pressure on their teams to deliver a solution that isn't well planned 1+2+3+4 above = Bad Culture And High Turnover

Pros

Attractive product, easy to sell, open culture, decent benefits.

Cons

Alarmingly poor leadership skills; growing emphasis on perception/politics and short term results; decreasing emphasis on ethics, values and people skills. Very few opportunities to grow transferrable skills.
