Pros

Football all day and a fun environment for sports fans. No regrets and it was fun seeing how everything worked behind the curtain.

Cons

Awful pay Extremely corporate (you want coffee? you'll pay for it) Odd freelance policies and backwards workflows Way behind the rest of the field in the media market Parking is cramped. Don't expect your car not to get dinged No room at all for advancement, employees are disposable and replaceable

Lacks technological initiative

Pros

Access to major events such as Draft and the Superbowl, if you're on a high-enough rung. Great place if you're a sports fan. There are some interesting projects. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Too much politicking. Since deadlines are hard (event dates do not change), the work load can become overbearing. Techs feel "replaceable" by upper management.

Pros

Great co-workers. Good area to work. Relaxed culture. 24/7 Football.

Cons

Lack of full time positions and no desire to support new projects. Lack of incentives and benefits.
