Pros

opportunity to represent a brand with great public image, people are excited by the prospect of working with or networking with you, seemingly recession proof business compared to other entertainment companies

Cons

Full time opportunities for interns are not as guarenteed as working for a large accounting firm or investment bank, since they receive tons of interested prospective employees, pay is not high

Pros

Attractive product, easy to sell, open culture, decent benefits.

Cons

Alarmingly poor leadership skills; growing emphasis on perception/politics and short term results; decreasing emphasis on ethics, values and people skills. Very few opportunities to grow transferrable skills.
