Pros

Great perks (pension, cafe, gym, etc) and everyone cares about the work they do. The NFL takes care of their people.

Cons

Feels like everyone is stretched thin and trying to do everything they can. Additional support would resolved bandwidth issues and create better work outputs, unlikely to come. Removal of stackable remote days, likely soon to be in the office 5x days per week.

Pros

Good benefits like yearly bonus, time off and pay. Was able to work remote. Many travel opportunites. You get to see behind the scenes and go to different NFL events and stadiums.

Cons

Consistantly work over 40 hours a week. While time off was generous there was never a good time to use it. It seems to be the norm to not use all of your vacation time. Still a boys club. Not friendly to new staff.

Pros

Great Benefits, wonderful staff, challenging projects. Travel opportunities

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about how well you do. Set records in ratings and viewership and was rewarded by staff being cut 5%. Took away work from home days.
