Pros

Most of the people at the NFL are cool, fun-loving, and hard-working people. There is a great culture in the LA office and some of the content that comes out is very inspired. There is great leadership in my group, I can't speak for others. Great opportunities and great springboard for your career.

Cons

We are constantly understaffed and under-budgeted for the things we are accomplishing. There is no amount of success you can have that will solve this because this is a media company that is second fiddle to the NFL football event machine.
