Pros

You work on an exciting product with a lot of industry experts. The game day perks are great, but you rarely have the chance to enjoy

Cons

Everything is gatekept by people with deep institutional knowledge, and the culture isn't the most open/fun/collaborative so learning what it takes to succeed there is hard

Pros

People are great, hardworking, smart

Cons

Culture is not great. Promote DEI but don't actually implement with employee base. No room for growth.

Pros

High profile company with a high quality video product

Cons

Very little room for growth. Unless hired into a full-time position, full-time positions are extremely hard to come by. They will overpromise what's possible and wait for you to become impatient and leave and then just hire another part-time person.
