Pros

It's amazing seeing how the NFL functions from an insider perspective. Amazingly talented people work here and people are generally really friendly and helpful.

Cons

Since the majority of employees are contracted for the regular season & playoffs, there is very little room for growth within the company. They do not prioritize your professional development and it becomes difficult to motivate yourself towards the end of the season when your mind is focused on finding your next job elsewhere.

Pros

- Competitive pay - Great culture - Diversity driven - Brand recognition

Cons

The only con thus far is that their process isn't as mature as you would expect. However they are committed to improving and feedback.

Pros

Pay rate and the fact that you get to say you work for the NFL

Cons

News PA's are stuck with very demeaning jobs, while those who have been here before are given all of the love and real work. Very cold and unfriendly atmosphere. Complete opposite of Time Warner Sports
