Pros

Working at nfl films was a great experience and the best job I ever had. The talent and creativity that buildings produces is amazing. The people and the work is great if you are a football lover.

Cons

Being seasonal is the only down side. People who are full time never leave because they love their job as they should. No benefits either being seasonal. Only down side

Pros

Access to some of the most appealing events and venues in sports.

Cons

Not very many growth opportunities, dont promote from within. For a company trying desperately to repair their image to the younger generation, they sure dont take their younger employees seriously.
