Pros

Great opportunity to learn value skills and build a strong network that is useful in the workforce.

Cons

There is a political environment and you to put your body on the line daily with little to no guaranteed support.

Pros

My dear NFL was once a vibrant culture that appreciated it’s best workers. It still has the brand recognition.

Cons

The HR department and recruiting are grossly incompetent. We’ve been trying to hire basic engineers with minimal experience the entire summer with no success. We did have one good recruiter but he left. Turnover is very high. Management overlooks employee concerns and the culture is now toxic.
