Pros

Lots of opportunity for creative risk-taking, within the scope of NFL's coverage. Great people and team spirit within the smaller teams at the Media company.

Cons

Heavy bureaucracy, and top heavy management IMHO - too much discussion for very little progress in many areas of operation.

Pros

A lot of great people to work with.

Cons

cheap, horrible culture and what's especially bad--hardly any NFL employees actually get to go to games! I went to my first game this year because I bought my own ticket... meanwhile I watch the NFL give hundreds of free tickets to celebs & influencers. yikes.
