Pros

Incredible opportunities to work on projects seen on Amazon, ESPN and much. more. Open access to the top producers in sports media/ film. The people in this building are masters of their craft in every sense of the term.

Cons

I don't have any cons for NFL Films but I believe they should offer employees more opportunity to work full time instead of on a contract.

Pros

Prestigious/High Profile Company. High Visibility/Quality Work.

Cons

Little to no opportunity for advancement. Most positions part-time/seasonal. Almost impossible to be promoted to full-time. Expectations for part-time employees are exactly the same as full-time workers, yet there is a vast discrepancy between how part-time and full-time employees are treated. Bottom line of the company is reliant on overperforming and dedicated seasonal/part-timers.
