Pros

Great working in sports and covering the NFL season. Good experience working with the social team at NFL Films and getting experience in video editing and social media management. Had the opportunity to work on various projects and work with very talented producers.

Cons

Culture and thinking was a bit dated, didn't see the value in digital/social space. Not much diversity in full-time producers. Some of the programs are formulaic. Very difficult to get a full-time job (not seasonal).
