      Pros

      Since starting to work here in March 2013 I have had nothing but a great experience from my immediate manager to the Regional Manager to the folks in Corporate. They have shown that there is work/life balance and that it's more than just a place you come to work, but also a family. My manager is always available to assist me with any questions or bumps I may rum into.

      Cons

      I have no cons, this is a great company to work for and the level of customer service is fantastic.

      Pros

      growth potential within the company. managers eager to teach so one can learn and move forward. Atmosphere/Culture is friendly and welcoming. Senior management plans company events that are fun and moral boosting.

      Cons

      nature of business... really busy then sometimes slower. Work load can be heavy at times when the interest rates are low but the pace is exciting and vibrant.

      • Family atmosphere • They get the company involved in charity events • A portion of every loan closed in Maryland goes to the Ronald McDonald House • The President, Jan Ozga, knows every employee by name and takes the time to talk to everyone • Casual dress code • Flexible Hours • Snow cones during the summer! • Managers and Directors take the time to train you and help you learn new things • The company is very open to new ideas • Open Door Policy with the executive team • Fast and efficient IT support

      • Some departments need more employees
