      This company is so dedicated to helping others, whether it is Ronald McDonald House, Habitat for Humanity or our service men and women

      I would love to see some better benefit packages with lower cost

      NFM is an excellent place to work.

      Pros

      I have worked at NFM for several years and one thing that has never changed is the family atmosphere. Not many companies will have their president walk the floor every day and greet the entire staff, by name. In addition, NFM is involved with several charities helping in any way we can.

      Cons

      It seems that some departments are overstaffed while others can be understaffed at times. I would have a little more cross training in departments that have ebbs and flows in work load so they can float to where the people are needed.

      They continue to change with the market. Very flexible and supportive of their employees.

      There really are no downfalls that I have seen at this point!
