Every member in our organization is valuable, and we pride ourselves on how we treat our employees. NFM Lending has received several “Best Places to Work” awards, and we plan to receive more in the future. You are correct, NFM Lending is not (YET) licensed in every state. However, we are currently licensed in more than half of the states in the US and we have 41 branch locations nationwide. NFM Lending is passionate about meeting the needs of our employees and we encourage you to reach out to our Licensing Department if there is a state in which you are interested in NFM Lending getting licensed. We always take into consideration obtaining new licenses if we see a sufficient need.

We are elated that you are experiencing NFM Lending’s “driven for excellence, innovative, creative, culture-rich” working environment that we pride ourselves on, and as you put it we are always working to continually “strive for excellence in all departments.” We can also relate with you in regards to your comments on being a “young company, not in all 50 states”; we are currently licensed in 26 states, have 42 licensed branches nationwide, and have a little over 400 employees. However, we are confident in the fact that we are consistently growing as a Company; we have opened 14 new branch locations in the past year.
