      Pros

      Management listens and creates an environment conducive to ideas, suggestions and creativity. Employees feel important and appreciated and look forward to being a part of the company.

      Cons

      To date, I have not experienced any downside to being on the NFM Team.

      Best mortgage company I have worked for in 15 years of experience in this field

      Pros

      Corporate structure but outside the box. Remote underwriting has the best team support Owner/ CEO and VP are great leaders Managers, from every single department are a pleasure to work with Great benefits

      Cons

      Wish we had a matching 401k. This is very important for employees who seek longevity

      NFM Lending is a great place to work!

      Pros

      While NFM Lending is more corporate than I am used to - they still have a small business appeal. That's a hard balance to achieve. The staff is wonderful, the closing department is exceptional. NFM Lending is a forward thinking company and one I am proud to be a part of.

      Cons

      Moving from a small mom and pop shop to a direct lender that is more corporate in nature has been my biggest challenge. But, I am also learning the less I resist, the easier it is and that there really are some pros buried in this con.

      Thank you for the feedback. We work hard to keep the balance of the family feel as we continue to grow. NFM doesn't want to be the biggest we want to be the best at what we do. It's hard to balance a corporate environment with a family feel but we will continue to strive to do it.
