Pros

Exceptional operations team. They take each loan personally and understand how important the transaction is.

Cons

None come to mind at the moment. I've been on board for approximately one year and have not been disappointed by any of the management staff.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, ability to have a social life as well as a fulfilling work life, Upper management is great and mingles with lower level employees

Cons

No annual raises. When a company is doing well, a raise, even small is always nice to have.
