      Pros

      The interview was probably one of the best I have ever had. I felt comfortable from the start and not intimidated at all. I left the interview feeling really good. When I was called with an offer I received an email within a week with my offer letter. When I came in the first day I was given some papers that needed to be filled out. All my questions were answered immediately.

      Cons

      I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with the on-board process. I really have no suggestions or input on any cons during the process.

      Pros

      Great culture, casual dress mistakes days, great management. President of the company speaks to everyone everyday and actually knows his employees, when have you ever heard of that!

      Cons

      Paid time off is minimal when starting.
