      Pros

      Great culture, casual dress mistakes days, great management. President of the company speaks to everyone everyday and actually knows his employees, when have you ever heard of that!

      Cons

      Paid time off is minimal when starting.

      Pros

      At time of hire, I was flown to Maryland for hands on training with every single department. This speaks volumes. The Company made an investment in me from day 1. I wasn't thrown at a desk and told to get to work. I was given the proper training and tools to make my transition as pleasant as possible.

      Cons

      I would have liked to spend a little more time sitting with the Underwriters to get a thorough feel on what they like/dislike.

      Thank you for your feedback. Training is important to NFM's employees' success and we make sure our employees have the necessary training to do their job properly.       Pros

      I just started so cannot say too much at this time however, thus far everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. There is definitely a team atmosphere here and everyone seems very happy to help the new hire. Everyone seems happy to be here as I walk around the office which provides a positive environment to work in.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to report as this time. I am excited to move further with my career at NFM, Inc.
