      Pros

      I have been at NFM for almost 8 years and consider several of my co-workers like family. It is a fun environment to work in and even though it can be stressful at times, I've enjoyed my time here and hope to be here for many more years to come! The members of the Executive Team are down to earth, and easily approachable.

      Cons

      Working in the mortgage business is never easy with it's guaranteed ups and downs, but you just learn to roll with the punches, and hope to come out on the other side, which NFM always has!

      Pros

      some the best reasons to work here is the benefit package, the location, the co-workers, the opportunities and the excitement of working with a steadily growing company

      Cons

      there aren't alot of cons, the work-life balance can be challenging at times especially at the end of the month, the leadership is the best in the state you couldn't get a better team they are flexible and understanding to your need for time-off as long as you give them enough advance notice

      My Home Away from Home.

      Pros

      Personal touch with all phases of the loan process. If we have a question for underwriting, closing, pricing, etc.. we can just get up an personally ask the questions and any of these department. Real time answers for a real time world.

      Cons

      The president of the company is a Washington Redskins fan and I am a Dallas Cowboys fan. I don't really have any cons to report. It would be nice to send edislcosures for VA loans but I don't think this has anything to do with NFM.

      Thank you for your comments. I will pass your message along regarding the company functions. We know our employees have always enjoyed our company events and it would be nice to continue to see everyone together outside of the office.
