      Pros

      The processing and underwriters are the best in the industry. They help make my job easier. These individuals work hard to ensure all of our clients have a great experience with our company. Compensation plans are rewarding.

      None. I love the oppertunity that was given to me here at NFM, Inc. I am very greatful for the support the entire company provides.

      Great company overall. PTO, Healthcare, retirement, community involvement. This company has it all.

      Work-life balance as in any mortgage company, especially in a busy spring/summer market

      the underwriting staff is great!! always going the extra mile to get a loan done!!

      Cons

      the only con is the ups and downs of the mortgage industry. But this is the best company for that ride.
