      NFM has been such a blessing

      Pros

      My Closing team is amazing! Some of us work remotely some work onsite, but nobody misses a beat. If ever any of us need anything, they are right there to help make our jobs easier and more productive. I work out of PA and have three small children and it is such a blessing to be with this company who allows me to work from home so that I can be there for them when they need me. HR is great, when ever I have a question, again, they get right back to me and give me all the info I needed. David Silverman, the CEO, so personable and it is so obvious he is a genuine person and truly loves what he does in this industry.

      A GREAT Place to work....Remote or OnSite!!

      Pros

      I love the support I receive from my management team. I work remotely and I feel as though I am not far. Any/Every time I need to reach out to anyone in my company I receive a timely response that typically fulfills my inquiry. The positive attitude I "see" in so many of my encounters with co-workers in other departments is encouraging. We work together as a TEAM in so many aspects.

      Cons

      There really isn't any Cons that I can think of, working at NFM. The only "Con" I can come up with, is that I am a remote employee and I may not get as many "perks" as those in the corporate office. Lunches, massages, ice cream socials, etc. But, in return I have other "perks" of being remote, that offset those

      Stifled Growth, Compensation, and Individualism

      Pros

      The only thing that kept me there was my direct manager, and my team. The people that work there that aren't managers are great.

      Cons

      Horrible compensation compared to other companies. Strung me along for 4+ years telling me they would get me a raise, but when I put in an official request, they denied ANY raise at all. Terrible Management from the top. President/COO heavily discourages individualism and is constantly yelling at people. Never words of encouragement. Team morale is always low in the office.
