It was an Okay pay

Worked here for about a yr and by far the the worst mangagement seen yet. Treated unfairly and with very little respect. Some were treated better than others. Would be okay if better people were placed in charge. Lack of communication and They Fire employees with no real excuses. Felt like a maid. Stay away

Addressing your comments about the management team, we believe that the success of our branches comes from the managers’ knowledge, skills and experience. We believe all our managers have the capability to lead and communicate with their team in a way that drives their employees forward and unites their team to create the community environment we boast. In regard to the position, we provide a realistic job preview during the interview process, explaining all duties as clearly as possible as to ensure the employee is a proper fit for the position. As a receptionist, keeping the office professional and presentable to outside guests is a priority and maintaining said office is outlined in the job description. To “fire an employee without [reason]” is the polar opposite of our progressive disciple process and our commitment to fairness. I strongly encourage you to speak with our HR or management group, we want to address your concerns and give you closure as you move on to other opportunities.

Pros

Overall Atmosphere is pleasantly refreshing. No position within any organization will ever be perfect. However, I can honestly say that the Executive Management Team make a daily effort to boost morale. The President , VP Director of Risk, Processing Manager and Underwriting Manager do go above and beyond to care about each employee and help them reach their greatest potential.

Cons

Salary. Unfortunately, in today's society the cost of living is high. Household's require higher min salary to make ends meet. The salaries are significantly low in comparison to the industry and their business competetors. I would have never left had I been able to make financial ends meet :-(

Pros

I have been nothing but amazed with every aspect of this organization. After experiencing the most professional, swift and thorough new hire process, I thought it would be difficult for the rest of the company to be able to follow suit and satisfy my high expectations. However, NFM Lending and their home office has continued to exceed every expectation that I have had. They are the most knowledgeable in their field, they adapt well to change, they are open to change and accepting of ideas from employees. The level of attention to detail and responsiveness in all departments is amazing! They truly care about their contribution to the industry, their employees and the community. I couldn't be happier to be part of this organization!

I have absolutely nothing to say that could be considered a "Con".
