Pros

They provided a lot of training and resources, which was one of the best things I experienced. Training was highly emphasized with an in house training program, in addition to many organized carrier meetings and lunch and learns. It was a true team environment, where all hands were on deck to get things accomplished and I felt supported by my team and management.

Cons

I worked a lot of hours in order to manage the workload that was assigned. It was a lot and would not be able to stay on top of things without working nights and weekends. Since leaving, I've experience a much better work life balance overall.
