Weak management, leadership and human resource, lack of accountability, and focus on profits above ALL else. No work life balance.

Pros

- helpful and patient when learning - equipment is good - quick to hire so we're not over worked - lots to learn - willing to help pay for CIP

Cons

- they're changing a lot and forcing us to do things that are not in our job description - no additional pay for additional work load - work from office requirements started at 1 day a week and changed to 3 without our consent - value making money over their employees which has changed from when I first started
