Pros
By the very nature of this company's mission, everyone is very left politically and personally. Benefits were also excellent, and they can accommodate working from home really well. A significant percentage of the engineers on staff were permenant remote employees.
Cons
As a more mature company, I found the management structure to sometimes be overly-hierarchical and unneccarilary bureaucratic. I personally found this stifling but others may appreciate the structure. Also, I didn't negociate my salary and, retroactively, feel like I got shafted.
