There is a lot of flexibility, especially now we can work from home I really enjoy working with some of the people here

Cons

Awful management, issues I first raised not long after starting still plague the department I'm in Very cliquey, if your face does not fir then you will be forced out No training is ever carried out for new staff No responsibility, management will get defensive about issues rather than try to fix the problem No real progression
