Pros

Great hourly people that banded together to survive

Cons

After 30 yrs. decided to move on because unfair promotions and pay scales that only worked on the buddy system. Bonus system is not as advertised and H.R. is an absolute joke

Pros

High turnover rate gives opportunities for training relatively quick. Management has no clue what is going on so attendance is only thing they are capable of evaluating. Some great people there but everyone is looking to leave.

Cons

Company is failing quickly so there is an expiration date but unclear when. HR department is power hungry and nothing short of evil. Bad policies have created a toxic work environment that has an effect on even good employees. Company looks to save money in the wrong places such as holding raises and turning ventilation off in the winter. They will lie to you when you're hired and continue until you've had enough

Pros

You get to work with great people and learn form experienced workers in their field of expertise. BUT, there are very few left of them.

Cons

The company puts their money first and their "associates" last. The people in charge of others are too afraid to loose their job and they don't stick out of their subordinates. always trying to "improve" with poorly developed ideas and try to make them work even if they suck. always playing the let's change the rules and screw everybody. The pay is okay but not anywhere near the national average. there is no cost of living wage increase anymore, instead it's called merit raise. that way they can pick whoever they think deserves a raise. if you are new, forget about having vacation, health insurance or a bonus. you have to be employed for set period of time before you qualify for nay of it. lastly, the turnover rate is ridiculous, they can't keep anyone because their work standards are unrealistic and not trained thoroughly. You are constantly being watched like a child. overall the morale is as low as it has ever been and it doesn't look like it's going to get any better.
