I am new to NIC but already really enjoying the fast pace and constant innovation taking place all across the company. And I couldn't have a better boss or team!

Cons

I still haven't many anyone but our CEO in person - we are all remote right now. Looking forward to the day we're able to meet face-to-face!

Work-life balance, purposeful work, great people, opportunity to grow and learn new things, best benefits I've ever had, fun environment, a lot of women in leadership positions to look up to.

Cons
