      Benefits Great, Pay is Low

      Pros

      Benefits are top of the line. Perks such as state holidays off. Lots of PTO. Work from home opportunities. Fun company to work for.

      Cons

      Pay is low I suspect because the health and dental insurance is company paid. Not much room for advancement which is disappointing.
