Pros

Benefits are amazing! Team spirit is awesome. Our CEO is a fabulous man who truly considers you family and looks out for your best interest. The company truly believes in work/home balance. We have a lot of fun but also work very hard. I am so proud of the progress in technology at NIC over the last 9 years.

Cons

I would like to see the option to work remote on a perm basis come back esp with Covid. This used to be offered and merely needed Director approval. While we are all remote at this time, I would like the option to work remote on a perm basis for sure.

In March we moved our entire workforce remote and we recognize for many this has been a great benefit, we will share your feedback. Pros

All of the employees that I have worked with are extremely professional and helpful. Very collaborative, team environment. NIC cares about giving back to the communities in which we serve. Employees are encouraged to volunteer and the CEO leads by example. Great communication between management and employees regarding business and new ventures. Excellent benefits!

Cons

The office is far from my house.
